Queen music download : ANNOUNCE (DVD): Firenze, Nelson Mandela Forum 07-Apr-05

Hello Everyone,

Short after the Firenze concert of Queen + Paul Rodgers at 07-04-2005 there was a DVD available in the Queenhub.
After a long time downloading I have most of the DVD received.
Unfortunately the only full source had a major PC-crash and wasn't able to login again to the queenhub.
I have really no idea what is going on with her.
I want to thank Elisabetta in first place for filming this concert and for sharing it on the Queenhub.
I hope to meet you soon in the hub.

To make a new working DVD, I have converted the (Incomplete or damaged) VOB files with a modified Virtualdub version (Virtualdub Mpeg-2 version 1.69) to not compressed AVI files.
after that I have rebuild the Avi-files with Mainconcept Mpeg-encoder to DVD-Mpeg files.
After that I have rebuild the DVD-Mpeg files with TMPGenc plus 2.59.47.155 to one big Mpeg file
After that I have Authored the big Mpeg file to a DVD-format with TMPGenc DVD Author 1.6.26.73.

The concert is filmed from the balcony and is in a great quality filmed.
Sometimes is the video a little "shaky"
most of the songs are cut in the middle or near to the end.

Total length of this registration: 57'32"

... just for clarification: this was NOT a 46664 charity concert, but a regular Q+PR tour date.

It just happened to be held in the Sports Palace in Florence, which has recently been dedicated to Nelson Mandela.

I'm not aware of any involvement of the venue management with Mr.Mandela's charities, so I don't think these might be damaged by the diffusion of this video.

Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

I've just started seeding...

I'm currently downloading the Milan DVD, I'll seed again as soon as I finish downloading Milan (when I upload, my download speed severely drops :/ )
I'll seed both Firenze and Milan in a few days...

The image is great but the music is out of synch, especially in the last part. Is it just my file which had probably a download error or does anybody have the same problem ?
