From the description on YouTube I got the impression someone got the QTV edition and made it better... But I don't think that's possible. :S

There are plenty of people downloading but all of them are using utorrent or Bitcomet (both of which DHT which function even if there is a problem with the tracker). There is an 401 error message (unauthorised access). Brad, did you register with the tracker? It only takes a second . This is mentioned on the How to Post a Torrent thread, but towards the end as this was only implemented last year. The tracker was playing up a bit last night but is working now - but the error message has not gone away. That said, the torrent has definitely been uploaded to the tracker (I tried to reupload it myself but got the message that the torrent already exists).

Conclusion - if you did register with the tracker then this is a tracker error and we'll have to live with it - in which case anyone who wants to download this should get utorrent and use that. If you didn't, register and hopefully that should solve the problem.

1.3 Gb... that's about 1/3 of the capacity of a DVD. Definitely lossy.

I have this version on DVD, and although the audio is a bit better, it's still not that great. The mix is still dreadful, with Freddie's vocal way in front, not to mention the beloved fluttering sound. Honestly, am I the only person who notices this?

No, but the fluttering is not as hard as on other versions. So it's at least watch / listenable! I stopped watching the QTV vers. after two songs, but this is quite alright!

I don't think so - the top downloader is at 98.1% as I write this - you will have about 25 people finish more or less at the same time. Hopefully some of them will hang around to seed! :) (hint hint)

By the way, I'm not surprised you registered (I can't see how you could have posted this to the tracker otherwise) so it seems the tracker is finding new ways to confuse us! Thanks for all your patience in uploading this. Hopefully your next torrent will go smoother ;)

Welcome to Queenzone, my friend. It's the land of the leeches, because there is no share ratio. Very often you'll have hundreds of downloads and only one or two seeds. Thank goodness for people like Ginger and the like!

Now, for the technical problems. When I had added the torrent to my client (currently uTorrent), I noticed that the tracker URL was odd: it said http://queenzone.no-ip.com:6969/upload.htm. I suspect you made a small mistake when creating the torrent, dear uploader. You should set the tracker URL to http://queenzone.no-ip.com:6969/announce instead.

The torrent will work all the same if you have DHT enabled - you will get connected to other peers from the distributed database.

It's easy to fix this, though. In uTorrent, right-click the torrent and choose "Properties", then simply edit the tracker URL in the "General" tab. You might want to right-click and choose "Update tracker" after the change, too. I have noticed that the Queenzone tracker times out now and then, though - it's nothing to worry about, it's probably under heavy load at times. Ignore the error messages and wait a bit, it will connect in the end.

so if you delete them 2 files vts_3 n bup_3 will this be burnable and playable?

Use REAUTHOR mode !!!

1) Start DVDShrink
2) Click the re-author button
3) In DVD Browser window browse to the folder where you have these downloaded files. You should after that see "Title 1 01:21.03 1,331 MB".
4) Drag-and-drop this Title 1 to the "DVD strucutre" window at the left side
5) Click "Backup" button
6) Choose the output and click OK

Hope it helps :-) That's the fastest method, but you will have a DVD without any menus, only the concert

I've just finished a quick comparision between the QTV version and this one (from beginning to the end of Sweet Lady) and this version definitely has BETTER sound. I'm not sure about the picture, both look good

About picture, compared with other version with menus shared last year here in Queenzone by my analisy this version have improvements too, but possibly because of the compression of video (lossy), have a lesser resolution;

You're definately not the only person. Freddie's voice sounds so weird on this.. I keep hoping that a simple soul was there to record it the way it was meant to sound and will share it one day.

This is not a DVD, but a CVD, China Video Disc, 352X480, so it is lossy.

Also, you can see the counter when the video starts, and then it disappears, so someone may have cropped this.

it is cropped, and it is the best looking version you will find aside fromt he master that Queen Productions obviously has as show int he A Night At The Opera dvd. the quality of sweet lady on the dvd shows me that they could easily release the whole concert

Many people ask if it's a better or worse quality version than previously shared.
Unfortunately, after my exact analysis and comparison, the picture is much worse than in previous shared dvd with menu and even may be worse than vcd-version. Probably someone do this to trade - described as new copy without timecode.
This is exactly QTV cropped and stretched version with less quality due to much lower bitrate. The sound may be heard better, because it's a bit boosted and the noise background is slightly reduced. But believe me, this is the same audio - if you have good audio equipment you could do this "on fly", or simply use some audio editing software.
Below I posted two frames from the concert in three versions to compare.

Anyway, thank you very much for sharing, it could be a better copy but unfortunately it isn't.

I muxed the new (and better) audio with the well known QTV video, its really is a little impovement in sound.
This is no new video source!
You clearly realize that this "new" Hyde Park is cut off the QTV, Time clock and QTV logo are cut out from the bottom.
Result: Everything is thretched vertically, no longer the original proportions of bodies, faces, intstuments...

I wonder how long QP will wait.

My QTV timecoded version is not a bad video, the audio is bad, but I will try to trick Bob suggested and reauthor it with LPCM audio.

My version has a menu that contains a B & W photo of Taylor, by the way. Anyone else have this?

The DVD works on my DVD Player,however when I recorded it on DVD with Nero,it gave me a couple of warning messages,some files are missing,so ir might not play in all DVD's,to me it only plays on my Philips DVD,it doesnt work on my PC at all
