This concert has very often been mislabeled as Dublin 1986. The venue was in fact Slane Castle, County Meath.
This is the Snow Productions version.http://www.queen.snowproducciones.com.ar/DUBLIN2-2.html[/url[/url[/url]]]There has been a fair amount of requests for this video over the years, so here you go. Follow the link above for more info.The picture quality is 80% terrible.It has loads of cuts and is incomplete. All you can see for most of the concert is the back of peoples heads. With that I must also say the poor guy filming it did a good job. That camcorder was pretty big to be lugging through that rain soaked crowd. It serves more as a historical document, rather than a concert to entertain. This is not the best version out there. Thanks. I've never heard of this one so for me it's cool to have any quality copy. Is this the complete version that was filmed? You mentiond lots of cuts and I am assuming that is was just filmed that way and not an edited verison of a more complete one?

Yes your correct this is cut due to the way it was filmed, Missing tracks and 30 second sections of songs missing etc. There is no complete video version.

Its working no problem and has been since the announce. If anyone has a problem its at your end. Remember this is the queenzone tracker it may take upto 15 min for you to connect when starting.

I haven't downloaded the whole concert yet, but it's certainly different from the one I have with YV DVD encoding in the menu, and it turns black and white every now and then.
YV's is filmed from a high place far from the stage, while this one is filmed pretty close to the stage.

It is a vast improvment on the YV mpeg version.Its still not that great though, could be improved on by someone who knows how to use good restoration software.

Hi Marknow, sorry for the confusion, I have only this version, I was trying to say that this version is better than the original copy which was black and white in some parts.

I was at this concert and it was amazing. Took a Bus from N.Ireland. Friend was a fan and asked me to go. We were drunk off our a.... and were about 10 rows back from the front. No restrictions where you could go back then.
I was a big fan from that day forward and I'll never forget that day. Also was my first concert.
Can't wait to see the whole thing. I've seen clips on Utube. Waiting on download right now. zero KB downloaded after 1 hour so far! zzzzz...help

it's hard, I don't know if this show was recorded, anyway brian has said that this slane castle 86 was the worst show of his life...I think because brian was hit by a bottle launched on stage
