Basically, I took the DVD shared on here, and filled in the empty gaps (Jailhouse Rock, Now I'm Here, etc.), then synched all that video with the bootleg, to create (in my opinion) the definitive version. The special features include the Crazy Little Thing Called Love Soundcheck from Bristol, the Get Down Make Love performance with video effects, the HD Japanese broadcast, and the Crazy Little Thing Called Love music video. This is my first DVD, so please don't be too harsh if you spot a mistake, and I apologize if the menus aren't good.

Very interesting, I was thinking about doing something similar, so I'll check your "product".

The funny thing is that I'm connected to 13 peers but the torrent's not moving, but I hope DHT will start it soon

I don't think it's as good as something you would produce, but I put quite a bit of work into it. According to my client, there are 15 seeders, and yet my torrent isn't moving. That's weird, because:



1. I already have all the files



2. There are seeders



Hopefully it starts moving, though.

Really? uTorrent says that there are 15 seeds, and I'm connected to 15 peers. And yet it's not moving. Does anyone know why it won't let me seed my own torrent? Since it's a video_ts file, I'm not sure how to upload it to mediafire or rapidshare.

Which client are you using ? I know that people who use something different then uTorrent have problems seeding torrents uploaded to this tracker

thanks for the dvd! Unfortunatelly the torrent isn't working neither on piratebay... :-( Unfortunatelly there are some problems with the queenzone tracker (which is present on the piratebay torrent too...). It's not the first time that this board has problems (for example: the names of the attachment changing randomly to numbers, the personal pictures of the profile changing, the editing of your post delete the object and so on...)
Should i suggest a board like http://xtremewrestlingtorrents.net? That forum is wonderful and the way of uploading torrent is simplier and much much better than this, and (main important thing) you have to be logged to download and you have to have at least 0,6 ratio or you'll be banned.

Sorry about the faulty torrent. This time, I saved it as a disc image, and then split it with hjsplit, so it wouldn't require a torrent. I removed the CLTCL video because it's official, and the Get Down Make Love edit because the video noise obstructed the whole thing.

No problem. The reason for the delay was because most of the other hosts wouldn't work with my files, so I had to use MegaUpload.

My memory of this is that there are sections of the best available version that are not stellar quality. One major advantage is he's upgraded the two recently broadcast cuts from Japanese TV that are A+.

Yes, the video remains unaltered, as the last version shared wasn't great. I mainly tried to improve the audio.

Thanks. It's because that's the best source from the Digital Queen Archives DVD. It's several generations from the master, explaining the picture quality.
The master looks, great though. It's too bad the only parts we've seen are Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Now I'm Here, and parts of Tie Your Mother Down and Sheer Heart Attack.

Im sure a better quality version was shared here a few months ago.It starts with credits saying its a compilation of 3 sources and has a bonus version of get down make love (tho think there was a problem with that track)
Also an almost perfect version of the 2 songs featured on the Kampuchea tv show have been shared too
All that said,its far better than anything I could put together so please dont think Im knocking your hard work n time spent putting this version together and sharing it.
I would love to see a Pittrek version hint hint lol

What are you referring to? If you mean that you can't burn the DVD, then you can play the video_ts folder in VLC

I use hjslit to join the 14 files that create one file *.img. Then what couldI make the dvd video?

The available video quality for this show has always been low. But two songs have been replaced with broadcast-quality versions that recently surfaced.

Hey guys. After watching the original DVD a few times, I thought I could have done a much better job. So, I decided to re-do the whole thing from scratch, and I feel the new "product" is a lot better. The links for the new one are edited into the original Megaupload links.







The main reason for converting the video into 16:9 was because of the video noise in the bottom, but it lost a lot of the picture. So this time the video is in 4:3, without the stretched dimensions of the last attempt, and the picture quality is much, much better. Also, the last DVD had Get Down Make Love and Bohemian Rhapsody's endings out of synch, so those are fixed. The last video also had contrast levels that were too high, and that didn't help the picture in spots where the lighting was prominent.

Also, the High Quality Japanese broadcast on the last DVD was compressed a bit. The new version I put in is in much better quality. 







Lineage of the video is (I presume):



Video > Master Tape > ??? > High Generation VHS > "Live Crazy 1979" DVD > Synchronized with audio > Chaptered







The audio is the pittrek matrix. So due credit goes to him.







Overall, I like this version better, and I feel this is closer to what my original vision was.

Not watched it all yet but have to say well done in sticking with it and having another attempt.
Picture quality does look better than what I can remember from the first one
and menus look great.
Its amazing a really good quality source hasnt yet surfaced of such a great concert.
