When you make the torrent file in your torrent program do not add any tracker. Leave it blank. It will work.
The program might ask you to confirm you are not using a tracker, just click yes

The two trackers on this torrent do not work.

Try using Utorrent as your bittorrent client, It's the best option out there for support with trackerless torrents.
