I failed five times to upload the file to mediafire or megaupload. The person could have archived the file and then split it into two files. I don't know how the files were uploaded in the first place.

To help you get the files, I have decided to make a torrent and hope that it is useful. Please bear in mind that my computer is not on 24 hours and I live in the Asian time zone.
