Can anyone help me(maybe someone from Holland 'cause Dutch is easier to read for me, but english is also welcome)It says that I need bittorent to download it but when trying to get bittorent, the page doesn't work..Can someone try and explain what I must do?
Sorry I don't want to sound stupid but I really don't know how this works..Thanks for any help! :)

Good Luck !

Coolcat, it's really easy, all you need is a bittorrent client. I suggest you download shareaza at www.shareaza.com and install it. Then just click on the link Rien so kindly provided. It does its thing by itself!

Good luck,

great to have another bootleg of one of the concerts I attended. Too bad the sound quality isn't very good. Are there any more recordings (especially complete ones) available?

ehm... I had no part in this torrent, Arnaldo...
:-)

What I do like about bootlegs from this tour is, for starters, hearing the intro by Freddie, then (even) the Eminem track, building up the tension and then Paul who kindly asks if the audience is "reaching out" for him as he is for them, the start of TYMD and then when the curtain falls... the reaction of the audience. This last bit gives me shivers every time I hear it... brings me right back to the show!

I used a Sony MZ-NH700. (I wish I had manualy configured the Recording Volume, but I didn't. Well, that's something I'll do different in the Gelredome.)

I had a first ring seat.

For the people who prefer FLAC. I'm not yet sure if I should release it in FLAC too. Of course it would be slightly better, but it will not make it sound as great as the concert itself was.

How did you get the SonyHi-MD to sound that bad? Sounds like you had a limiter/compressor while recording. Is that the NH700's usual default value? I.E. Auto Volume? Shame you didn't catch that. Mic doesn't sound that great either.

I can't listen to this as it's really bad. Sorry. DON'T release this in Flac because it really isn't worthy. I'm surprised you even uploaded this, actually.

Peace,
Adam.

Cool Cat, I would suggest that you skipped the Shareaza player. I also think Shareaza does not have a "burn cd" feature. Use that software only to donwload stuff. When playing what you've downloaded, I suggest winamp or windows media. Have you tried opening the files from windows media?

Can I actually suggest something for future torrents like this? How about a sample mp3 that lets you hear some highlights etc. before downloading the entire thing? That way, you get an idea of what it sounds like, prior to spending the time downloading.

Peace,
Adam.

I wish to reassure the sharer that many of us are absolutely thankful and not worried at all if the quality is not the finest of all times. After all, who has bothered to share this gig up to now? Only the kind sharer of this thread.

Nevertheless, in order to make even more of us happy, maybe the idea of a sample mp3 would be the cherry in the top, the additonal optional benefit that the kind sharer could consider granting us.

Cheers,

First off all, I'd like to express my gratitude again for offering this download. It's a bootleg and the sound is in my opinion more than worth it. I feel it's a little ungratefull to complain about the quality and the time people spent downloading it. It only takes about an hour to download and the computer does all the work. :)

I've read on the dutch forum the recording can even be enhanced with a computerprogram. But the wizzard in question hasn't revealed anything about the procedure yet. I'm sure he'll do that in time. So yes, I'd like to have a FLAC version of this recording.

PLEASE? :)

He Jeroen,

See ya at Arnhem

Just because I didn't like the quality, doesn't mean I didn't appreciate getting it. And I never complained about how long it took to download. But the idea of offering a sample is sound. Don't know why it's not been implemented before. This'll save those without fast connections (not me).

But the quality is not MY bag. You must realise that this is the first bootleg I've EVER had that made me wince. And I usually don't care about a bootleg's quality. However, the sound is very back and forth between decent to bad and also, at times, warped. I'm only trying to give people a heads up with my opinion. It's not an attack, it's simply trying to be helpful.

Peace,
Adam.

Well, it's recorded with compression on. And I have tried to make it listenable, because the base was realy heavy in the recording.

I'm working on a new FLAC version of this. For that I'm going back to the original source to create the best version I can. (I'll only change equalizer settings to get an optimal sound.)

It will still have some of the flaws of the mp3 version (like the music, that's going louder and less loud). Because they are in the original source.

If I only had the change to rerecord this...
