I was at that concert personally, back in 1981, the show was amazing and unforgetable. So for me it's very valuable to finally have got a copy of it with as better quality as possible.

This video you nicked from Jam To This Van Halen site & lied about where it came from.

You then cut 2 tracks from Vob 1 & released it here.

I know this because ALL video has a fingerprint of code that stays the same.

i.e..if 2 sites have a file with the same name,both on different trackers ,if one screws up it is possible to carry on getting the video from the other sites torrent "IF" the video is the SAME source - because it will have the same video fingerprint hash code.

When you bailed out & left everyone hanging on 99% i went to the other site,(whose torrent had been up weeks before it was on here),to see if it was the same so that i could finnish it incase you didnt come back.
I got their torrent file,started it up & pointed it to what i had already downloaded.
The torrent client programme then runs through it & checks what you already have.
When it was done i had gone from 99% complete to 88% complete........you cut it before upping to here.

EVEN THE folder naming & way it was named was identical.......you just removed what should STAY with the DvD & left the TS folder.......forgetting one of the BUPS.....lol

Your only way out would be to say that you are the person who upped it there........but.....you already said you didnt know where it came from.


Thus ends your 1st lesson

& next time give credit to the original ,& comment on changes you make,so that the linage integrity can be traced back.

Supply if possible running time,
video birate @ CBR or VBR
Audio used...Mp2.LPCM,AC3 etc
PAL or NTSC
4.3 or 16.9

Does it have a menu,chapters,bonuses etc

Supply an MD5 checksum integrity file

& make sure its all there.........even if you did cut it.

become a pro m8....not a pratt

You can argue the toss back if you want......but remember,i've done this for years m8....i'll only bury you deeper with facts.

Just be learn-ed ;)

Read back a few posts & you will find where i got the rest which made it into a complete show.

Just go there,get the torrent & point it to download on top of what you have already downloaded.
When its done checking what you already have....your torrent will go to 88% complete(because those missing tracks make it up)......then just let it top it up to 100% & voila ;)

This video looks awful. The video quality is so jumpy. It's probably from a VCD or just a really bad PAL to NTSC conversion.

Because of a mistake it was impossible to load over 99,9 %. I load new toorent. Already loaded files can be used again. It is my the first torrent, I hope will be without mistakes.

I downloaded the new torrent and the downloaded files cannot be used again. Are you saying we downloaded 99.9% for nothing? I hope not...

I as well as you loaded up to 99,9 %. Unfortunately on the request to continue, seeders have not responded and I began to search for other source. Having found it I have updated missing parts up to 100 %. Used already loaded files. (After that I uploaded this torrent). It is difficult to me to explain, why at you it has not turned out, as at me. It is very a pity, if so much time is spent all for nothing. I too hope, that it not so...

I'm seeding it and have been for some days now. I agree entirely, we need to keep these torrents alive and we all need to do our little bit. I see there are two people who are almost finished - 97.8% and 95.7% - and I hope they will help seed when they have completed. :-)

I'm at 46.7% which isn't too bad. Getting 25-30kb+/s on the Sydney one. And around 8-15kb/s on this one (varies a bit).

Go to the previous page (page 6) of this topic. Mbull has uploaded a new torrent of the complete concert. I am still seeding. As i said i can´t seed 24/7 but connect to the torrent and don´t worry. I will seed for some time until everybody finishes the download. It was one of the hardest torrents for me (it took me ages to complete).

If for some reason i forget to seed this one, just bump the thread.

If you have the torrent on page 1, go to page 6 of this thread and download the torrent that it´s there. Then do a re-chec of this torrent so that you don´t have to start from zero (note: make sure you use the same download folder so that the program recognize the files in there). The torrent on page 6 is the complete concert and i´m seeding it.

Indeed, the Argentina flag you see on your client it's mine, hehe - I have my PC on 24/7 and currently seeding 1 DVD and 1 FLAC show, both from dimeadozen for some time ago.
