How much of photos were published ?
From Works i saw only 1 on cover,
from Miracle i saw 3: Cover, and two on sleeves,
from Innuendo - 4: album sleeve, headlong single cover + one variation of it(can't remember where) + one image of Freddie from unknow place too.

Miracle and Innuendo shoots were made by Simon Fowler, but on his site where is no mention of them.

Did anybody saw more of them ? May be they were published on some more recent album / box set booklets ?

The Works pics (by Gerald Hurrell) were also used for the Radio Ga Ga sleeve, six different Break Free sleeves, the Strange Frontier sleeve (and therefore the Beautiful Dreams single sleeve).

The Miracle pic was used for the IWIA sleeve (or vice versa, I suppose), and I think also the "cartooned" images on Innuendo. The inner pic was used for promotional purposes at the time, a fan club magazine cover & a free postcard on the US "Queen Collection" set.

The other Innuendo pic (RT in duffel coat) is the only one I've ever seen, but given Fred's condition, I think it becomes more understandable that there are less usable pics from later shoots.
