When you look at it, the placement of Brian on numerous album covers was a bit unlucky. Here's what I mean:

Queen II:

Although he is on the top, he is placed at the back and his eyes are completely blacked out by virtue of the light position.

Sheer Heart Attack:

Freddie, Roger and John got most of their bodies on this cover and both of their hands, yet Brian only got the top third of his body on and no hands!

Live Killers:

Brian is off to the right and is side-on to the camera.

The Game:

Brian, yet again, is at the back, and off to the right, AND he is wearing sunglasses!

Greatest Hits:

Brian is, yet again, at the back and also the furthest away.

The Works:

Yep, you guessed it, Brian is AGAIN at the back and of the four members, he has least 'body' exposure.

Anyway, this has just been a thing that has bugged me in recent times. Back to your problems!

Queen are the best band, and they're still underrated!

Regarding Live Killers. Brian was actually 'cut and paste' on to the cover - so blame the cover artist :-). I've got the original negatives to the album cover. There's about 20-30 different shots under the lighting rig. I'd say they chose the best one.

Lol, someone has some time to waste.
Well so do I.
Brian is the tallest of them four, so it's logic that he's always behind (otherwise someone would disappear behind him)
And anyway, the guy must have been satisfied with the covers or he would've said something
What's important is the music inside.

I'd actually be interesting in seeing those, and perhaps adding them to my website. Any chance you could scan them and upload them somewhere?

They're actually colour slides/negatives, initialled by the photographer on the mount. I've been offered a decent sum of money for them in the past so don't really want to upload them as they will lose their exclusivity. Bit like JSS uploading the studio version of Hangman - well not quite but you understand. Christ I'm starting to sound like some collectors around here :-)
