In two words, "it rawks".

It's available as a US import into the USA from Japan or from the official
Queen Online site, http://www.queenonline.com However, if you are good with
eBay such as I found myself to be, you can obtain a mint condition used
copy.

Isn't this the ideal thing you could have appended to your recent whining thread about how expensive it was due to your weak currency?

A smidgeon of gratitude to the people who gave you constructive answers might also help to build the thought that you have moments of lucidity.

HOWEVER,

If you are looking for a full version of "Hammer To Fall" you won't find it here.

The slow part (such as from "Return of the Champions") is completly missing and the song starts up at the fast heavy part.

Fantastic "Teo Torriate" Brian hits the high notes, Paul can't.

Plenty of Japanese subtitles to to introduce each song.

Are you sure he can´t? Return Of The Champions. Just go and listen how he hits a high note during Brian´s slide on Radio Ga Ga. Pretty much like Brian´s on Teo Torriate. Paul Rodgers has got a very versatile voice, do not underestimate him.

QUEEN + Paul Rodgers = Queen PR!
The Van Hagar of the 2000's. - Sans the infighting. :-)

I reiterate though that it's only "Teo Torriate" that there is no high note from Paul Rodgers during that one song.

As for "Return Of The Champions" the video speaks for itself as does the entire band, a superb addition of Queen + Paul Rodgers.

I must admit between the two shows, the rarity of "Teo Torriate" which I assume has always been played in Japan and the extra rarity of "I Was Born To Love You" (never been done by Queen with Freddie Mercury).

I honestly believe that there is room in here to call Queen again with Paul Rodgers as a full fledged member known as a member of Queen.

It took some massive PR (public relations) to get people to understand that Freddie was no more, a somewhat act of humbleness on the part of Queen.

Yeah, I agree on that point, but I think the reason for that being that Brian´s softer voice fits better in that song than Paul´s.
Anyway, the first time (and everytime on) I watched/listen Teo Torriate from this show at Saitama Super Arena, I got more than impressed with Paul´s job on his part for this song, when he goes with the "When I´m Gone ..." line at the finale.
He sings with a strenght and power I never listened before in any of Queen´s live versions of this song.
But, watch out, I´m not willing to start now an argument of the "who is better singer, Freddie or Paul?" type.
Mahler, you´ve been a singer for so long, as I´ve been with my band for the past 15 years, and you know every voice from every singer has its special strong and weak points.
Freddie could do things Paul will never do; and Paul CAN do things Freddie never could. So can Brian and, don´t forget, Roger (whose voice I love).
I think QPR will take a tremendous benefit from the combination of Paul, Brian and Roger voices and the use of actual technology whenever they play live. And everybody will find one of the best examples on that in Saitama´s Teo Torriate.
I really believe that this song never sounded better live.
Or take Dragon Attack, as another example. In terms of sound quality, it never sounded better
as it does with QPR. I´m also pretty much satisfied with their work on this song.

What region DVD release was this?

I had a feeling it was region one, and I dont have a multi-region player cos I use my pc, and it only lets you change regions 5 times.

Order it at any GOOD independant recordshop - but they even sold it at MediaMarkt at one point. Don't know if they are still able to get it, but it would be the cheapest option.

PAL and NTSC don't realy have anything to do with the region in the sence of compatability.

The disc is NTSC system but region-free, so yes any decent dvd-player from Europe should be able to play it.
