But the demo has a different mix than what was released officially.

If that song can't be shared, then we shouldn't be sharing any audience recordings of concerts with a couple official tracks, either. My $.02, anyway.

am pretty sure this was removed in the past because of some doubt as to whether "morally" a slightly different mix of the same recording was a clear enough distinction between official and unofficial...but i stand corrected, apols

Hey, by no means am I the official decider of what's considered "official" and what isn't.

Any other opinions on the matter?

tricky - an unreleased remix is the same performance with the faders in a different position, and I think you'd struggle to justify that a lot more than you'd struggle with an audience recording of (for example) Milton Keynes (especially as "they" will have tarted up the official one with extra/different material).

Even so, I think to be on the safe side, neither TNCD nor whole concerts that have been released should be shared.

However concerts that include tracks on Live compilations (LK, Live Magic) should be ok as long as they're not covered by the above (Wembley, Budapest)
