Thought i'd share this with you. Technically speaking this is a fan-mix so should be ok to share this. It's the 2 rear channels of WATC as a stereo mix. I found it very interesting to hear. Most of the piano has been cut, and some vocal parts aswel. Gives you a nice chance to listen to what's going on in the song.

edit: had to make an edit;

Sorry, not be a pain in the arse, but should this not be considered 'official' and therefor not allowed to be shared on QZ...?

Not really. Lots of these mixes were shared here before and I don't see QZ banned & removed from the World Wide Web. Right?

But the "remastered Great King Rat BBC version" thread was removed. Funny

It's not a mix!
It's an integral part of an officially released track. Think of it as in the old days people would only take 1 channel from a stereo recording and call it a demo.
A mono version of an officially released track would not be allowed in here either. So why would this? It's exactly the same with the only difference that nowadays we have 5 channels and this is 2 of them.

And I know there are more 'isolated' channels from official dvd's in the mix section... Guess the QZ police does not have enough time to be everywhere.

Well, I've just finished ripping the complete dvd and I was just astounded by the cool stuff I heard. I decided to make some edits of my own so that it would not just be the official versions (some pretty drastic cuts to be sure), and give everyone here the chance to listen to be amazed like I was.

Hi...interesting work!!
what program did you use to separate every single 5.1 channels??

I'm so confused....I used some programs (like DVD AUDIO EXTRACTOR, DVD DECRIPTER, BELIGHT or BESWEET..ECC) but nothing... :((

I have just one stereo track, no 6 mono track...help me please...

Hi there. I use DVDshrink to copy the dvd to my harddrive, then 'demux' the audio from the .vob files with a program called VOBrator and finally. this will give you a .dts file which can be opened with Tranzcode or easier TranzGUI.exe and then exported as 6 seperate .wav files.
All these programs are freeware or shareware so can be used by anyone.

Daniel, you should use DVD Audio Extractor - you just select the DTS file and the "rip to 6 different channels" option et voila: 6 wave files. No more demuxing and other crap like that :)
