I've structured both DVDs like this:
/ (root of the DVD)
|
|----->EXTRAS_TS (artwork, info and checksums files.)
|----->AUDIO_TS (empty folder, it's there for compatibility reasons.)
|----->VIDEO_TS (movie.)
If you burn this structure to disc as it is, it should play fine in your standalone player and you have a copy that's "trading-friendly".
