I understand there was a vocal recorded by FM over above the intro, does anybody have it in their collection or does this remain in the vaults of QPL??
Sorry RT, but FM was the best and remains the best Male Vocalist out there.

Freddie and Roger both recorded demos, as the band was split over who should get lead vocals on the song before deciding Freddie would do the intro and Roger the main part of the song. As far as I know, the Freddie demo has yet to leak.

Honestly, after listening to some of the live versions of the song (in which Freddie always had lead), I actually prefer Roger's vocals on it. Can't explain why in too great of detail; his voice just seems more suited for it.

I love this song! But i think it was right the way it was. Roger wouldnt sound that good doing the intro and Freddie probably wouldnt have suited the main bit of the song like Roger did. So, in my opinion, it was meant to be!
