I'm sure this has been discussed before but I have to say the Queen really did rock Montreal. I have avoided buying the concert for a couple years because it just looked like another Queen Live at the bowl and to be honest I only bought it this time for the Live Aid footage.

But man, when I popped that baby in and watched I was amazed. This is truly an awsome concert. I was a bit disappointed with the crowd. Those are the situations where I think if I could have been there I would have shown much more appriciation.

If you haven't seen it yet, You should.

Personally I like the mix much better than the old version...there are some audio speed fluxes fixed and the picture is brighter and the whole thing has more impact at the right moments IMHO.

There ARE a couple new audio glitches I noticed though which I mailed Brian about (I'm sure he loves me). There's a bad edit in TYMD where Roger sounds like he hits the drums twice and the rhythm is lost...a split-second of the audio plays twice...I'll look for the actual timecode when I get a chance....
