Queen
London, UK
Golders Green Hippodrome
September 13, 1973

This is the best copy of the Golders Green recording, apparently from a BBC Transcription Disc, which would make it a pre-FM. Father To Son is cut, and a few other songs are missing. A superb recording.

Lineage: BBC Transcription Disc > ? > Pop Spectacular (Wardour) silver > CDR (0) > WAV (CDex) > FLAC (Frontend) level 8

1. DJ intro
2. Procession
3. Father To Son
4. Son And Daughter
5. Ogre Battle
6. band intro
7. Liar

Here are the links to both parts:

http://www.mediafire.com/?9tywaztzx5y
http://www.mediafire.com/?7ysbgdm3db1

Distribute these files only if they are left completely unaltered, and always include the lineage information. As always with my shares (and preferably everybody else's!), be sure that this recording is not made available at Queenzone or elsewhere in mp3 or any other lossy format. Keep lossless files lossless, unless it's for your own use. :)

Enjoy!

How are the vocals on this?

Is Fred still too low in the mix?

Thanks for sharing of course!

The vocals are similar to before actually. Freddie appears as though he's in another room.

Yeah, he is. But the overall clarity of everything is just superb.
