It's a song from Freddie's "Munich tape" from cca 1983-1985. If I remember correctly the name was created by Mr. Scully or some other collector, it's not an "official song title".

Recorded in 1985 or 1986.It is a very basic song, and could be intended either as a Freddie solo or Queen track.

Anyway, it looks like a Freddie Mercury solo song more than a Queen song in my opinion. I would bet that Freddie had a lot of thoughts for his first solo recording and had to put a good lot of ideas (demos?) aside before concentrating on one album concept. This could be one of those. I readt somewhere that it could be from the Innuendo sessions, but without proof I would say it's more a "Mr Bad Guy" session or something like that. Just my own opinion !
