I'm just watching a documentary about the UK premiere of Star Wars E1 - The Phantom Menace and a nice surprise - an interview with Brian May :)
I didn't know that somebody of Queen is a Star Wars fan, when you consider the lyrics of Bicycle Race or the fact that George Lucas forbid the band to use Darth Vader :)

As a matter of fact, Star Wars is a busines. I'm pretty sure that Queen would have forbid Lucas to use their music in a Star Wars movie without permission, if it had been the case.

I wouldn't put too much faith in what Brian May says on the subject of astro-physics. In his book 'The Complete History of the Universe' he devotes several chapters to what makes our planet spin on it's axis. Apparently it has something to do with the law of conservation of angular momentum.

This seems a little bit odd because less than thirty years ago this same man would have had us believe that it was 'fat bottomed girls' who made the world go round.

The guy is talking out of hs arse.

fatty.

Ah...but that was the "rockin'" world. Two different things?

There's a classic picture of Brian May with a lot of Star Wars miniatures models. R2 D2 etc.
From the earlier days...

...by the way, a friend of mine asked me if "Bicycle Race" is about bi-sexuality, 'cuz a lot of words are split in 2, like coke - cain, John - Wayne etc. Bi - Cycle, if you know what I mean...?

XDDDDDDDDDD i guess you're right!
I know TM is talking out of his ass too..
honestly, it's funny to see him argue pointlessly about his band, but then it gets really annoying...

Brian wasn´t just a "Star Wars" fan, he was mental about it. I think i remember when he said in an interview that he was running out of space in his house to store all the "star Wars" merchandise that he started to collect almost since day one. For what he has told, it made the impression that he had a very valuable collection. I don´t know if he still has it.

Take care

I'd assume that referred to the planet's wobble, which causes the northern and southern hemispheres to have opposite seasons.

So, it would appear that the fat bottomed girls may migrate in a concentrated enough manner in which to affect the spin of the earth thus.

So Brian has not contradicted himself fatty. Both theories are possible at the same time.

Thank you, God bless you, sweet dreams you lot of tarts, Good-bye!
