Oh man, this is Björn Skifs man! Since I´m from Sweden I´ll tell you a little something ´bout him before Treasure moment or Andreas Mercury comes along to tell you that he´s nothing compared to them and their unique shit. He was quite big in the 70´s, and should have gotten huge. However there was some mix up in the beginning of his first real tour so they never got to do the USA. He was the singer of the group Blue Swede and had a massive(at least that´s what they say) hit with Hooked on a feeling, you may know it as the OGACHACKA OGA OGA OGACHACKA song. In my opinion, he´s voice is quite close to Rogers. Maybe somewhere between him and Rod Steward. Really powerful at times.

I also know the song because it was used for Ally McBeal.
