Woah, I just found like hundreds of unreleased songs by Brian Wilson on my computer, from Sweet Sanity and Sweet Sanity sessions and Landylocked and demos/outtakes. I don't know where the fuck these all came from, as I didn't download them! I had a lot of files of Brian Wilson's unreleased Sweet Insanity album, but some of these are alternate tracks, and, it appears someone put them on my computer with a cd. This is great news though.

Now I have 59 different songs (some are the same songs but alternate versions) of songs from Sweet Insanity.

That's pretty awesome!

I was just listening to a great cover of "Sail On, Sailor" by Matthew Sweet and Darius Rucker. Pretty great stuff.

It shocks me how Brian Wilson's song 'Fairy Tale' on his album 'Gettin In Over My Head' is so different than the original, which was called 'Save The Day (The Power Of Love)'

I've only heard a couple of songs that (I believe) are from the Sweet Insanity album and they were both pretty good.

[EDIT] Oh yeah! The songs were Spirit of Rock 'n' Roll and Something to Love.

Anyone who wants anything from Sweet Insanity or the Paley sessions, send me a private message.

Here's SOME things I got, everything's too much to list! Some songs were re-recorded on later albums Brian released, but these are demos or the form they were going to be on unreleased albums (such as Sweet Insanity, or an unreleased Beach Boys album from '95 that Brian and Andy Paley worked on, in which Carl Wilson hated). Some of the songs at the end of the list have other Beach Boys singing with Brian (Carl and Dennis)

1. Concert Tonight (an instrumental that was for the beginning of the album)
2. Someone To Love
3. Water Builds Up
4. Don't Let Her Know (She's An Angel)
5. I Do
6. Thank-You (AKA Brian)
7. Hotter

I enjoy "I Do" a lot. It's also called "Do You Have Any Regrets?"

Classic!
