These are some pictures of the crash, I bet some of you know already.

The accdent was with a connection flight to Gran Canaria. I've been taking flights such as this one, like 3 or 4 now :S.

I saw this on the news, and I was sure glad that Tijn got back last week and that you weren't making a trip there this week, Mari.

I heard they released a passenger manifest. Was it mostly Spanish tourists? The media here seems to say it was, but no details for sure. When I saw this I had a moment of panic for another of my good Dutch friends, whose mother and maternal family all live in the Canary Islands. I don't think he was scheduled to visit them....So I guess what I'm asking is, any Dutch on the plane?

As far as they have said no thank God. And yes, at first I heard that it was just like 4-5 days since Tijn went back home :S.

I had a direct flight to Holland this time... so I haven't seen Madrid at all anyway. Still scary to see something like this.
