I was wondering what guitars Brian played on the new album. Sometime ago someone had posted an article on Queenzone saying Brian had played a Stratocaster on one song. In some pics and the Q&A video, we can see Roger holding a Stratocaster, and there's a semi-hollow guitar near the drumkit. What songs featured those guitars (if they were actually played)? Did he play other guitars? And did he only use his AC30's, or did he use a different amp (the Deaky amp, maybe?)?

And what about the bass guitars? What models did each of them play?

Any article about the subject would be appreciated. :) Not that I need it urgently or anything, just curious. :P

I think I heard the Deacy somewhere (THrough the Night perhaps?)

And there's a distorted mouth harmonica on Surfs Up (and it is AWESOME!)

Fuck, this album is great :D

for my ears the opening solo and the long middle solo from through the night are played on a strat.

some rhythm on cosmos rockin' may be played on a telecaster.
