Is anybody interested in uploading pictures to see how it looks like?

You got the right key baby, but the wrong key hole.

Are they different pics to the Japanese concert torrented heavily before its release on DVD?

If so I suggest you don't use up your bandwidth...

I meant pictures of the actual package, not screenshots...

I'll upload the pics tomorrow then...

Well, I've got hold of a copy of the album. I played on my guitar before, then sat down, turned up the volume and listened all the way through. It's very cool. I'm pretty pleased with most of it which is surprising cause the first previews I'd heard were very mixed to me. Then another set of previews came along which totally changed my mind on some tracks. Now I hear the full album, it's even better than I thought it could be!

I was surprised by We Believe which came out sounding so sweet. Gotta love the way Call Me ends!! That's just fab!
But...hearing that digital piano on Some Things That Glitter, was a bit of a downer to me. What happened to recording a real piano??? Cause when a piano shows up on a Queen album, fans usually (or at least I do) get a kick out of it. Especially annoying when you consider this is it's first (and only?) featured appearance on the album to break up all the guitar/drums/bass/vocal songs. Also sounds like a corny song with those lyrics! Oh well, nice to get those guitar harmonies!

To me, Through the Night is pretty sweet. Just a really nice atmosphere with Brian's wailing guitar lead.
Btw, is it me or is there less of that effect on Roger's voice in "Say It Ain't True"? Also, great to hear Roger around 3:48 on Surf's Up, though, not sure about that song yet. Like some bits, but not all of it. Though, I do love the part where Brian's guitar comes in at the end. Nice moment. And lastly, I like the reprise of Small at the end. Really nice way to end.

Well, those are my initial thoughts. Anyone else talkin'?! lol

Adam.

Ditto. I can't get it out of my head. :)

As for Surf's Up..., I'm still to make my mind, but it does have that "song full of surprises" Queen feature to it. Oh, and a wonderful bridge as well, which is also a strong Queenie feature. "I got a criminal urge to... twist and shout. YEEEAHHHH!!!" :)

Cheers,

Ogre-

small and it´s reprise caught me from the beggining; then glitter and we believe (growing and growing in me)

As mentioned by Adam, I absolutely love Call Me´s ending, it´s so fresh and fun

but right now i can´t get out of my head Surf´s Up (it´s Roger written all over it; Beatiful Day reprise and -don´t know why- Ride The Wild Wind come to my head constantly, and that breaking ending with Brian´s guitar is fantastic!!) and .... Voodoo ... this song has something (may be proper Voodoo ? - uuuh easy joke), as I can´t stop singing softly to myself "IIIII´m taking a chaaance on you loove"

:)
