Still waiting for the QOL ones... The ones from ticketmaster were downloaded same day!

Hi guys according to QOL my tickets for 2 shows should have come today with the CD but no show....... maybe they will come separately.. also still waiting for the o2 tickets.. panic .. biting my nails .. sweating can't wait to rock the cosmos

Still no tickets,and no album!! They have told me they know I'm on the O2 vertigo list, so I just hope they keep to their word and send me lower tier tix.Still cant believe I bought tickets and didnt even know where I'd be sitting...Doh!Never again!!

I also received the album today, but no tickets. Sent them an e-mail and called them too, they said the tickets will be sent separately. Later they sent an e-mail too, tickets should arrive within a few days... Hope so.

Got an e-mailing TWO WEEKS ago saying that all had been dispatched...
Still not tickets...
Two more days to go before I leave...
No replies to any of my e-mails...

Woman on the phone says that "they have been dispatched..."
"Yes I know, I received the notification, but they did not arrive yet."
"Wait a few days"
"I'll be leaving on tour in a few days."
"Call again in a couple of days"
"I'm leaving on tour in a couple of days, that's why I call you now."
"That's not our responsibility."
"Is there anything I can do if I don't receive my tickets in time?"
"Computer says 'no'".

...think I'll try AGAIN hoping to find someone else on the phone that actually DOES have the decensy to use her or his brain...

But WOW, after sending cry-for-help-e-mail number FIVE, I finally got a reply from QOL!!
It says that 'they will look into it and get back to me this afternoon'...

(I'm SUE that, if they want to, they can send me an e-ticket or something?!)

Surely, they could do something like that, you would think. I didn't get tickets in the mail from Ticketmaster one time, and it wasn't a big deal. I just had to show my id and credit card at the venue. It's a shame this has to be such a hassle.

Yeah, that's how it was solved in 2005 as well.
It's just SO frustrating to get NO reply whatsoever or calling someone that just doesn't know what to do and therefor just tells you off...
And it just shows AGAIN the amateurism of that company.

QOL checked with Royal mail.
Royal mail says they handed over the package to Dutch mail and give a tracking number.
QOL gave me the tracking number.
Dutch mail says they have no record for the tracking number.

To be continued...
Only few hours left before I have to face facts...
300 pounds worth of tickets gone
No tickets
No concerts
