They have.

Mannish Boy I think it was called. Done around 1977.

Perhaps GH could recall the details?
Or maybe I'm thinking the wrong song?

Mannish Boy is a Blues standard originally done by Muddy Waters before the Stones came along. The Stones covered it but technically speaking it isn't a Stones song.

Oh, didn't Freddie also do a little excerpt "Not Fade Away" on his Telecaster twice, before CLTCL? (assuming that's a Stones song...)
