Although I wouldn't normally help you out in any situation, Mahler, I do understand the frustration of Queen fans in the USA who would still like to buy the album as a download before iTunes US does even carry it, so I'll mention this here for those who do want to obtain it legitimately: http://www.hmv.co.jp/product/detail/2760113
It'll most likely display the Japanese site first (which may or may not show up as blocks and ??? marks, depending if you have font support for East Asian language sets installed).
On the top left corner just under the HMV logo, you should see "English" there. Click that to change it to the English version of the site. You'll most likely need to search for the album again, but once you change the settings, just click the above link again to save the trouble.
Then, under the album cover you'll see an HMV Digital image with a link to purchase the album as a download. Click 'See Download Details', and click on the Add to Cart button near the 1,500 Yen pricetag (adding the tracks individually will cost you 2,100 Yen!) which would be about $14.23 US (courtesy of xe.com).
Beyond that, you're on your own, as I bought the actual physical CD from Amazon UK. (Though I DID buy the 2006 Brian May remix of Minako Honda's "Golden Days" from that site's same digital download service - very powerful yet emotional remix by the way! I love it!)
The files will be WMA files with DRM protection, so they will only work on Windows Media Player. You should be able to burn each track to CD up to 10 times however, I believe.
