Just a few questions about the tour

1) Where's the best place to stand? Would it be right in front of the catwalk or right in front of the stage? OR half way between - I don't want to be staring at brian's back for half the show when they do the acoustic stuff but i don't want to be miles away from the stage either..if you know what i mean

and

2) I've seen a few videos where brian's taken the time after a gig to step out of the car and sign a few things - do all the band do this and if they do how long does it take them to come out - i know some fans may see this as intrusive or whatever but it would make a great addition to the autograph book!

3) Failing that, what time do they usually arrive at the venue? :P

haha

Hope someone can help me with these questions.

It's your preference really although most of the action takes place on the catwalk and b-stage i would go as far into the middle as possible and be quite near the front, whereever you are you have a great night.

Yes we'll keep on tryin

we'll tread that fine line

oh oh we'll keep on tryin

till the end of time

till the end of time.

You should read one of Brian´s last entries on his soapbox about the "signing thing" before you throw an autograph book in his face.

As far as I know Paul Rodges and Roger Taylor rarely stop to sign/talk to fans. I very shortly met Paul in Paris 2005 and met Brian two weeks ago in Hannover. Got my Cosmos Rocks vinyl signed. Brian shouldn't bitch about the signing - if he doesn't want to sign he shouldn't stop. I'd love to talk to him - but there's simply no chance to. I just thanked him for the tour and the album and then asked him to sign the album.

Took about an hour, an hour and a half before Brian left the building.

Well it's illegal to stalk them, they refuse autograph requests sent to the site - the next best thing you can do is meet them when they EXPECT to be met...

Personally, i feel that meeting the band is an important part of a concert night - I'm only used to smaller venues but the concept is still the same - if someone's good enough to spend their money on you then i feel you should at least take the time to stop and say hello to the people that essentially pay your wages...

I may just be young and naive, but this seems to be one step away from the recent Ringo Starr video. Brian talks of how his commitment is to the show, and i understand that but the fact that he can run around talking to the press and probably gets payed more for one show than some people do in a week or even month while people want to meet him so much that they're willing to spend an hour and a half in the pissing rain just for a hand shake - i'm not arsed about an autograph - although that would be nice.

I just want to be able to say i've met a hero...is that too much to ask?

ok...

Criticise me all ya want now - i''ve had my rant...
