Just wondering..... they seem to go from £15 upwards on ebay.....? Was there a limited pressing?

It indeed comes from the time that vinyl was not realy there anymore.
It probably only had one pressing, so it is indeed not the most common thing on vinyl
But I would not say that it is realy RARE... though mainly because of the crisp white sleeve it IS pretty hard to find it in decent quality.

It could also be because the vinyl edition of Innuendo has unique edits of several tracks. A vinyl LP has a shorter running time than CD, so instead of cutting a track out they edited quite a few down to fit. Some of the edits were minor, like a few seconds out of "Innuendo", but others - most notably "Bijou" and "The Hitman" - were pretty brutal, losing a good couple of minutes each.

Innuendo, the title track, was not edited.
Slightly mad, Don't try so hard, Hitman and Bijou are.

as far as i remember the lp version of bijou was not an edited one, but the cd version was an extended one, first part simply repeated, of course.

on the way since jazz ...
