it´s a shame

yes, I´ve been checking everyday and nothing has happened since Sheffield. And I´m really looking forward to getting something from the spanish and later UK gigs.

If Bri and Rog have to supervise and aprove everything ... well, I guess we won´t see any new download until they return from Brazil

I say captain, I say wot?

to answer your question I think they had enough album members to donate a big check to the phoenix foundation and they decided to call it a day.  There where no more downloads, no more sleeve notes no more video fragments. So they started the album club and kept it going long enough and the day there where no more members signing up they stopped uploading new downloads.

Hi,

this is a public thanksgiving message to QPL and their official downloads at QOL Store:

It was worth the long wait. Finally we have new downloads.

As everybody does, I was specially waiting for the downloads of my hometown gig. In this case, Barcelona.

What do I get ?

One song - Seagull

Mmmm ... ok .. excuse me .. just one minute .... I´´m checking the official downloads from the Barcelona gig in 2005 .... okey ... ah ! here it is !

Seagull

I´m the happiest Queen fan in the world now !! This is truly amazing !!

Now I can burn a CD with Barcelona´s Seagull ´05 + Seagull ´08 as a bonus track !! but .. what should I write as "artist name" on the CD ? Queen+Paul Rodgers ?

F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C

G-R-R-R-R-R-E-A-T-J-O-B !!

You made my day !

ps: yes, I´ve already left a lovely message at QOL

I just hope they will put up the remaining songs which haven't been 'released' yet:

Under Pressure.
Time To Shine (won't happen...)
One Vision
Las Palabras De Amor
Voodoo

I had a Question: the Birmingham download of SUSO ... is that the complete version (including the synths-middle section) ???

I saw a video of SUSO in Argentina, now that was one great version! I hope they release that one too!

The Birmingham download of Surf's Up does NOT have the middle "in the town..." section. They've only been doing the full thing live on the last bit of the tour.

....as incomplete a project as the Top 100 Bootlegs...........

Clearly there was little demand for them - the previous tour's downloads were pretty good for what they were but now, people are being asked to shell out for exactly the same live arrangements of pretty much the same set lists.  demand for the "new" tracks plus Bijou etc would have been reasonably high because of their scarcity.  But as a whole, you don't get a lot different......
