Does this sound similar to you?

Franz Ferdinand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5idcarc5rc

Queen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PI3LAgGBxqU

The chorus to Franz Ferdinand's song off their latest album called No You Girls sounds like the part in Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy that goes: "Hey boy, where'd you get it from? Hey boy, where did you go?" They seem to have the same tune. They sound similar to me. I know Franz Ferdinand is influenced by Queen, but do you think they may have copied this tune or is it just a coincidence? It's probably just a coincidence, but it just sounds so similar to me! My older sister was singing this song and then I told her to sing again and showed her Queen. She started laughing and agreed.
Anyways, what do you guys think? *waits for people to say how stupid I'm being for posting this*

Not sure about a copy... but he was probably just greatly influenced. Sometimes song writers hear another song while writing a song. It's pretty common to borrow.

It's a small part of Good old fashioned lover boy.

It's a pretty common and simple melody. I don't see how this can be stealing.
