I just wonder if anybody of you have been in Montreux? Have you seen Freddie's stature? And the studio? Maybe there are people from Switzerland? How is it feels walking there? Is there a lot to see? How about Freddie Mercury Mountain Tours? Have anybody done it before (now they are expecting on May)?

I visited Montreux in July of 2001. Had a short conversation with David Richards and he showed us around the studio for 20 mins or so as he had another meeting to attend. Was cool to see - but only if you are in the area IMO. Otherwise Montreux is a boring (though pretty) town with not much to do.

I was in Montreux in 2006 and I saw Freddie's statue but I didn't know where the studio was, though I would have liked to see it too. But Montreux is the most beautiful place I have ever seen and I'd do anything to get to live there. Even if I don't ever have the chance to move in, I hope I can visit the town regularly because I don't know any better way to relax than climbing up those hills and looking sunset over the beautiful Lake Geneva.
