Just a quick question - as you've included the artwork from the Breakdown bootleg - does that mean that that's the definite source of this recording?

This is definitely not the Breakdown version. Never mind the source, the number of tracks isn't even the same.

Yeah I was going to say... the recording is 4 minutes longer than your site lists for the runtime of the Breakdown version... or the other audience version for that matter! Is this a new source?

It's all the same audience source.  They just play at different speeds.

Ah so then the obvious question is how do you tell what the correct speed is?

I might be wrong but I think this one runs at the correct pitch.

Unless you're a musician with perfect pitch, you'd have to either compare it to a recording playing at the right speed (like an official release) or take a song like Now I'm Here and play an open D string on a tuned guitar to see if it matches.

I'd better post this on both listings:

This is my version of the same recording of the concert. It was taken from cassette many years ago and I'd tweaked the sound with a 3 band graphic equaliser on my walkman before capturing on the PC and burning to CD. The band is less distant in this.
If folks want me to upload the whole gig, just let me know and I'll add the rest....

Although it's still probably far from the master, overall it's the best version I've heard.
