Bob Lefsetz, a record industry pundit, offers a report of a Chickenfoot concert on his blog.  So maybe when he starts posting again he will offer his report?

This message was on QMS earlier today:

"My friend and I just got back from a Chickenfoot show at the Roxy in
Hollywood.  (Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani and Chad Smith.)  As
my friend and I were leaving the show, we overheard someone just outside the
door saying something about Brian May.  We stopped to listen and he
explained to us that literally minutes before Brian May was at the door to
the Roxy and asking to be let in so he could talk to his friends.  The
bouncer apparently wouldn't let him in because he DIDN'T KNOW WHO HE WAS!!
And Brian ended up just walking away!!  My friend and I were a little bit
skeptical about the story, but the person had just taken pictures on his
digital camera and it showed, with no doubt, that it was Brian.
I hope that bouncer has luck finding a new job tomorrow!
-Jon
...we saw Taylor Hawkins in the crowd.  Had we arrived just a minute
earlier, we would have run to Taylor and told him what was going on (right
after we picked up our jaws up off the sidewalk.)  :)"

I do not want any google ads here.

Very cool account.

And of course, Roger and Brian were on the American Idol finale just now, so there's some activity in Queen-related matters.

This is another reason why Paul Rodgers is an improvement on Freddie. Rodgers would've karate chopped the bouncer in the throat, and then sat on him for two hours, thus allowing Brian to enter the arena and meet his chums.

What kind of world do we live in??

Bouncers should be forced to learn a bit about rock history, geeze...

You're absolutely right!  I for one believe Rodgers and Chuck Norris are the same person!

It's so obvious that the burden of proof is on those who believe otherwise. Here's Paul Rodgers singing the theme tune to Walker Texas Ranger:
