Just wanted to share that I see that a lot of people seem fond of audience recordings here and say some things are A+, but when I tried listening to some they seem horrible. The only recording that I enjoy is Queen Rock Montreal, Bluray in 5.1, which is a phenomenal performance, and the audience stuff seems mediocre at best.

Which audience recordings are you talking about ?
BTW rating is ALWAYS a matter of personal taste

And you REALLY think Montreal was a phenomenal performance ? One of the most boring videos I've seen, even when the sound is excellent

The audio on the Japan concerts always seems to be a better quality.

Well Obviously the sound Quaitys better on blue ray, but still I think the live sound recordings were pretty good, personally I think Live at Wembely 86 is so much better :)
