Band : Thin Lizzy & Queen Title : Live in Seattle Venue : Seattle Center Coliseum, Seattle, Washington, USA Date : 13. March 1977 Lineage : master reel @ full track mono (Tandberg Model 11 R2R deck, Sony ECM-22P microphone) > Wavelab (wav24/96 > wav16/44) > FLAC > WAV > Cool Edit Pro (equalisation) > WAV > FLAC Taper : JEMS Quality : Excellent - Musicians : Thin Lizzy Philip Lynott - bass guitar, vocals Brian Downey - drums Scott Gorham - guitar Gary Moore - guitar Queen Freddie Mercury - lead vocals, piano, tambourine Brian May - electric guitar, backing vocals, acoustic guitar, banjo Roger Taylor - drums, backing vocals, tambourine John Deacon - bass guitar, triangle Notes : Thin Lizzy An excellent sounding but incomplete JEMS master recording. This show captures Thin Lizzy touring in support of the Johnny The Fox album as an opener for Queen. Unfortunately the recording is incomplete because only one reel was put aside to tape the opener this night and once it ran out that was it. This is one bad ass recording and balls out performance that captures the energy and passion of a live Thin Lizzy show during what later was coined their classic era. Queen Yet another in a long line of JEMS master recordings. This recording captures Queen touring in support of the A Day At The Races album in superb sound quality. Unless our research is incorrect this is the first time(June 2009) this recording has ever been circulated complete (previous known versions are missing Tie Your Mother Down, Stone Cold Crazy and Keep Yourself Alive), in the correct running order and from a non LP bootleg source. Remaster A copy of this recording was released on LP bootlegs, this is the first time when the original complete recording comes out. Unfortunately this master copy sounds much worse then the LP bootleg, which is pretty unusual. The original master was really heavy in the bottom end, while the LPs sound really clean. That's why I played with the equalisation a bit in Cool Edit Pro, the result sounds much better to my ears. If you're one of the people who don't like making any changes to the masters, especially equalisation, this remaster is definitely NOT for you. However if you prefer clean sound, enjoy this one. I have also re-edited the tracks, because Jailbreak and Brighton Rock were originally split into 3 parts, and the rock'n'roll medley was in one file, now it's split more logical.
Tracklist : Disc 1 1. Jailbreak 2. Massacre 3. Esmerald 4. Still In Love With You 5. Warriors 6. Don't Believe A Word 7. Cowboy Song 8. The Boys Are Back In Town [cut] 9. Tie Your Mother Down 10. Wasn't Brian Robertson on lead guitars that tour, instead of Gary Moore? Great effort to upload the entire Queen Lizzy-gig!

Dear Vali! I asked for artwork under the Seattle thread, but I might just ask here too. Would it be possible for you to make a cover with only Queen too? I know it's asking muck, but it would be great to have covers for both versions. Many thanks in advance! BTW: Your 81 covers and the one for Boston are beautiful, as ever!. Dear Pittrek! Thank you very much for this share! I realice now what an enormous job it must have been, now that I'm having them all together, putting Valis covers on them.

First of all, thanks once again to the taper and for the remaster done at first. Second, thanks to Pittrek for his wizardry a,d for having spent some of his precious time for Equalizing this correctly !! Excellent as always ! Third, thanks Vali for the artwork to come. It's not here yet but I'm sure I can say it now : Good job man !! And fourth, no I was wrong at first thinking it was Brian Robertson. It SHOULD have been him on guitar, but he injured himself at the hand, and Gary Moore replaced him for the Queen tour. Regards, Olivier, Belgium.
