    Most of them on the official VHS tape

    not sure 'bout elisabeth taylor,but the dvd release included the main act only. say: queen+

    There's a laser disc edition, which is probably the only digital version of said tracks we're likely to see. I can't give you the link, but here's a hint: There are torrent trackers other than QZ, you know? ;)

    Metallica tracks were released as a single the following week.
    Def Leppard's NIH was a B side on their next single
    GnR's Knocking... ditto
