I can confirm it's indeed from Okayama, as Freddie mentions the city before Father to son, which was thus played. Fantastic news.

Sounds gets rated as Good,  Very good minus but I find it to be very enjoyable :-) (after having listened to only a small bit).

Must say, sounds pretty clear but not so punchy. I'm so happy  with this new addition to the collection:-)

Lineage on tapecity says:
cassette > wav > flac

Anyone knows if this comes from the master or from unknown gen. tape?

Sound on disc 2 is worse. There's quite a lot of tape hiss. Seven seas of rhye is cut and also the first bit of SCC is missing.

Very much true.
It's also funny to hear the guy in crowd having the time of his life...

You're faster, I just started with Son And Daughter ;) But good to know, disc 1 is also pretty hissy, so disc 2 must sound really bad :)

A better quote would be

How are you doing ? We are Doing Alright, Let the nasty Queenies to entertain you tonight with some modern times rock and roll

I think disc 1 has pretty decent quality considering it's a recording that's 34 years old.
Instruments are all clearly heard. Maybe a bit bass heavy. But not a bad recording at all...

Haven't listened to disc 2 yet...

Nah.. Freddie was way too cool to make such a nerdy comment.
No offence.

Yes, this is a nice example how can a recording like Boston 76 raise your quality standards :) Before listening to that one I would rate this recording as "VG+"

It's indeed very hissy on disc 1 but disc 2 is also less clear and even more hissy:-)
