I just care to share something that means a lot to me. Freddie and Michael Jackson's Bdays are 7, yes seven days apart. I mention this especially in respect to Brian's fascination with astrophysics and Freddie's design of the band's logo.
Freddie and Michael Jackson not only knew one-another & worked together, they share very similar traits: obviously a flare for fashion & appearance
passion for singing what they felt
natural gift for moving & performing as they were at one with the music
both very sensitive & vulnerable, emotionally speaking
belief in the concept of ALL IS ONE with "One Vision" in mind, underlying faith in God
curiousity for life, never lost a child-like free spirit all the while with such strength in values
gratitude, grace, humility
able to pursue work despite much pain; physically, mentally & emotionally
the astounding ability to express their creativeness and communicate it understandably
loving & gentle while also capable of flamboyance with no qualms
love of life
"Gone Too Soon"

*please note: any doubters of Michael's true integrity & sincerety need to see "The Untold Story of Neverland" now on youtube & avail. at Larry Nimmer web-site. I also would highly suggest considering the countless acts of kindness thruout Michael's life during the aftermath of his passing.
whatever you may think of my comments, I know Freddie would appreciate what I've shared here

It's a timely reminder that if you have frequent visitors to your home, you would do well to keep your toilet and bathroom fully stocked *at all times*.

Happy bidet!

And what does a birthday have to do with astrophysics?

I think we clarified it somewhat.

Is anyone doing anything to celebrate Freddie's birthday?

I'm having a dinner party and making my guests come wearing stick-on false moustaches and I fully intend to produce moet et chandon from a pretty cabinet.

Luckily I actually have a few friends willing to indulge my more farcical side...

And of course my guests will be required to use the Freddie and MJ bidets after they use the bathroom.  I hear there's one with freddie's face in the basin (the same picture used on the commemorative plate), useful for thse wh always wanted to sit on his face.  When you turn on the water, a new remixed and soon to be released version of State of Shock plays.

Unbelievable huh?

thanks for responses here.
I am not usually much of a joiner; joined a while back yet have failed to contribute 'til now.
To those who care & if you don't, simply skip it - - -

Additional observances of Freddie & Michael:
both shy, let alone uncomfortable interviewing & being questioned about themselves (many get off on such)
 yet, explosive on stage
attentive to detail  / saw the big picture with true sense of composition & orchsetration
and how about the crowns ?
both loved nature
both always inventing & challenging themselves; very self-actualizing
had an affinity for flying

there's more, but respectively this is enough because they're each beautifully unique.
Michael wouldn't mind my sharing this either for Michael knew what masters to learn from; Freddie being one of the greats he chose.
Recently, someone asked me to post myself as a MJ avatar. I couldn't get w/that. Certainly, I mean no disrespect here, to post MJ as avatar. It just seems fitting, at this time. When I 1rst saw this pic, I could hardly believe the likeness to Freddie.

Sales are expected to be stratospheric by Christmas due to the TV advert and its accompanying theme tune 'Another One Bites The Douche'.
