This Book was first released in France in 2008 and it was the very first Freddie biography written in French.

According to me, it was one the best book about Freddie, written with passion.

By now all these book have very little original material or new insight.  They're all heavily sourced from previously published works and interviews etc.

The informations on the top of this page are very bad translated!

I have read the book, and I must said it is the best one I have ever read on Freddie, and, without a doubt, the most beautifully written, as the author is not a journalist, as mentionned, but a writter who already published a successfull novel and poetry in France. He really gives another entrance to Freddie Mercury, which gives you, as a reader, an incredible kind of intimacy to him, his life, as you would be pushed into his head and thoughts. So I am very enthousiastic, as you can see it, but strangely the book hasn't been translated into english. I know, after what i found, there shoud be, after the brazilian edition, another translation of the book in Czech Republic (!): http://www.volvox.cz/knihy/evokace/evokace.php#freddie_mercury
