What if the members of Queen were immortal, at what age would they stop making music? And would they still be making rock music in, lets say, 100 years? Or would they adapt to current musical styles.

For we all know old people never adapt to the current situation.

Queen is immortal. Freddie made that certain by exiting the stage at the right time. In fact, my theory is that the MAN knew that the only way for anyone to reach immortality is to exit the stage in the right way and at the right time. I think he was acting and behaving the way he did, in his private life, to make certain the exit is 100% guaranteed. A right man did the right thing at the right time. An artist to the end! Otherwise, who would rememebr about some band called Queen that has fallen apart circa 1987 because Deacon called it quits and everyone else wanted to go solo.

Well... we all know there can be only one.

...So with modern science, maybe the band could have themselves grafted together in the same form seen on "THE MIRACLE" album cover...

Only prob is Freddie's Dead.

...that's what i said...

Freddie's Dead...

Hmm... think i'm gonna go spin some Curtis.

PS: The band will be immortal so long as this 'species' perpetuates... maybe even longer if someone/something else picks it up. Hopefully... the martians pick up more than a GREATEST HITS package...

or else they'll be stuck with the same thing we've got...

Martian child: "Oh Great!!! a new Queen album!!!!"

....Martian Child (2 weeks late): "Ahhhhhh shit.... Just another Greatest Hits package"

:-(

OMG if Queen were immortal that would be so cool :D but i think they would keep on rocking for as long as they could, and i think they would slightly get in to moder music but only a little bit, they wouldnt drop the kind of rock music they use to make cus it was to good to loose, and i personaly i believe that if Queen were immortal by this time there would have been many more hits and that is a fact ;) maby then the music world would still be sane and they wouldnt have accepted justin bieber and miley cyrus and jedward in to the music world, they got that desprete for music :/

As far as I'm concerned, Queen is immortal; their voices and sounds are forever preserved in the minds, memories, and music collections of fans the world over, and are constantly being re-discovered by new generations to pass on the greatness.  Can't get much better than that.
