you ever sit down at the pc..kids in bed, wife asleep.a large malt in hand?.
think ,headphones on some late night rock, blast the ears lol.
the night draws on the malt flows,it becomes more gentle more laid back.
the music changes from metalica queen acdc led zep.to.more relaxed stuff.
slowly sink into the late night feeling,,smooth jazz some dave brubeck, take five, louis armstrong, ronny scott.
just sit back and chill.
the night draws on you think,,, a wee bit more malt then bed????
lets have some queen gentle stuff.
move on to melancholi blues(perfect for last thing at night).
just sit back,headphones on,,,,,nice. .
you start to think, what would queen be good at singing for night time listening.
what about .albatros(no vocals i know but guitar sounds good),i even thought about jackson brown stay(for the older queenzoners).
my point being....we start of rockers and as the night or age draws on we mellow, whether it be jazz(hear that sax as you lift the glass).or even some soul(perfect with a wee smoke??????).strange backy in this roll up lol.
so at this moment you may be listening to queen rocks or acdc iron man or even take that????????.
there will come a point where you say, hell i fancy something gentle because,,,the kids are in bed,the wifes asleep, and i am past 50...........
lets put the headphones on and chill a bit because after all.
its your time....lets relax a wee bit...and think to yourself.chill.
so to all my scots mates heres a wee toast........
Here's tae us;
Who's like us?

I do all that quite often.

I start off by listening to Queen's Sheer Heart Attack( both the album and the track) and go trough the whole musical spectrum and end up listening to Chopin's nocturnes.
