From dime. I hope this torrent will work behind my firewall of doom. If it does not, someone else just make a new one please. -------------------------------- info file: Queen Birmingham N.E.C., UK 1st September 1984 Machines Tear It Up Tie Your Mother Down Under Pressure Somebody To Love Killer Queen Seven Seas of Rye Keep Yourself Alive Liar It's a Hard Life Staying Power Dragon Attack Now I'm Here Is This the World We Created? Love of My Life Stone Cold Crazy solos Brighton Rock Hammer To Fall Another One Bites the Dust Crazy Little Thing Called Love Bohemian Rhapsody From a tape I picked up shortly after the gig. Sadly incomplete show - missing last few songs. There's a better quality recording of the following night on DIME already, so if you want a UK recording of the Works tour I'd go for that one, but i know there's a lot of completists out there so.... I presumed this would be the same recording as the two other Birmingham gigs here on DIME . But close inspspection shows that my tape IS labelled correctly and this is from the 1st - the previous night. At the start of "Is This the World..." Brian says "This is much better than last night..." I was at the gig on the 31st, the night before, the only time I ever saw the band even though I'd been a fan since the mid 70s. I have to say they were very dissapointing and I guess it must have been REALLy bad for Brian to mention it! However, a recording of the 31st would be greatly appreciated. ---------------- Megaupload links: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3D84FGIJ http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EKBORGBNKniggit

Everyone, listen carefully to Brian May after the first chorus of Keep Yourself Alive... he quotes a song that they never played live. Tell me what you hear :-)
