Hello again my beauties ! Here is another share. I don't have much information about this one. This one comes again from pre 1980 japanese bootleg acetate called Queen - INVITE YOU TO A NIGHT AT THE OPERA vol. 1 and of course vol 2.On the japanse HEAVY WEIGHT label. Only about 40 were made from each disc. Today a small percentage excists. As the y were all very quickly worn out. Together they feature a complete UK late 75 show. The sleeve doesn't mention a date or place. I haven't listned to it quite a while. The sound is okay. Don;t expect much from bootleg acetaties soundquality wise ! But this one seems okay. I recently found my cdr's which are dated this is one is another copy from my master cdr, so it has again the 5 sec. pauzes betweeen the tracks. The linaege : acetate - pioneer standalone cdr pdr02 (1997) - clone from the audio only cdr (philips 74 min.audio only) to a computer cdr TRAXDATA 74 min 600mb.(1999) without disc at once (the sony recorded didn;t had this option) using a SONY computer installed cd recorder. With an external tray ;-) I cannot find my philps cdr, without the pauzes. So if any one feels free to check which show this is. and remove the pauzes that would be great. Don;t be dissapointed if this is a excisting show. I really don't know. I cannot check because I haven't got my harddrive with queen shows on overhere. At least fred doens;t mention anything after ogre battle. Or it is cutted out of the original...I just listned briefly. Let's hope for a pre 24 december hammersmith show. Or bournemouth. Surprise me and I hope you will make me happy. Cheers and have anice sunday afternoon! GHOSTWITHASMILE DISC ONE http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DIMYOG30 DISC TWO http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JCUBBT5G

I just listened to the bit before White Queen and Freddie says:By the way, I forgot to say how nice it is to be here in Manchester. And it's really nice to do two shows, so see you in the second half." So this is Manchester 26/11/75 afternoon:-) Thanks for the share;-)

on my way up is correct, this is the afternoon show in Manchester ! The old source, but a new source ! ************************************************************************************************************************************ ******************************************************* THANKS !!! **************************************************************** ************************************************************************************************************************************ Anyway, the sound is very bass heavy, runs slightly too slow, and is full of clicks - does anybody with the correct knowledge have enough time for a little remaster ? :-)

PITTREK : with clicks doyou mean the poppingsound from the vinyl ? Or digital clicks ? Stupid , I never labeled anything from my cdr collection only this one. Well you guys have a nice sunday! >>>>> EDIT I meant in the above in labeling as in : adding a note on the back of the jewel case giving info about the content on the cdr. This one wasn;t labeled with a sticker. And my original Philps cdr audio only masters were never labeled or written on.

Sounds like vinyl"cracks" or what's the correct English term :-) But no, it's definitely not the digital noise caused by stickers http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=1109319

I didn't sticker labeled that much back then.... cost me too much time and effort.... in hinsight I am very lucky. Because the cdr's with the sticker are mostly broken, unplayable, untransferable or are full of a digital annoying noise. So damn be glad I was lazy back then ;-)

I'm a little bit confused :-) Is this A NEW recording of the evening show or it's afternoon show that's been circulating earlier? Or it's evening show has been circulating earlier and this is afternoon?

Hi there, searching on Bob's web site about this show I found the same two quotes you've mentioned before: "Queen play two shows today (at 6pm and 9pm), and this listing highlights the earlier show"..."After Sweet Lady, Freddie says, "By the way, I forgot to say how nice it is to be here in Manchester. And it's really nice to do two shows, so see you in the second half." So it's the same old Manchester show, but nevertheless we got here a new source, taken from an LP, so thank you very much!!!

Is Megaupload down or am I the only one who can't access the files? thanks for the new source. One question as I can't get the files for the moment. Is In the Lap Of The Gods Revisited included? That would be the first time we hear this song from this show.

I've heard a bit of it and it sounds to me being the same source as usual, of course sounding much worse. I don't think it adds something we don't have from the tape which is currently circulating. Thanks anyway for sharing it with us! ;)
