It's not Freddie.  I have heard a few different stories about this track, one being that it is a tribute to Freddie by a sound-a-like.  I know it as the fake "Assassin" demo.

This has been on the internet as far back as 1999. Maybe even further back?

Very ironically, this sounds like something Treasure Moment could have pulled out of their asses, if only they had more competent musicians plus a better singer :-)
