I'm inclined to buy into the Japanese SHM-CD re-issues. When I'll get them depends on my financial priorities, but I do plan to get some for sure.

I'm pretty sure I will buy them in 10 years, when they'll be ultra cheap

So far I'm only interested in the first one - in case it really contains the original Demos.

And from there I will see....if the difference in sound is the same as on GH 1 and 2 it's pointless to buy them again.

I'll buy the first album of course because I'm interested in those bonus tracks and I don't like the mix of the original EMI album, so I hope it will be better. I don't know if I'llbuy or not the other cds. I think that the material on the other cds is less interesting. I already have many of those live versions.

I think I'll buy the first 5 albums (if they're not excessively expensive) but only because I do not have them. I wouldn't buy an album I already own, no matter how well remastered it is.

I'm  not planning on getting any of them.

I was looking at the Thin Lizzy releases (also on Universal).

There are in the 1970s at the moment.  I quite liked Lizzy's later stuff so I'm actually looking forward to releases like Thunder and Lightning.  We'll see what it's like!

Nope - will not be buying them.  They don't contain any material that warrants a release at that price point.

If I decide I want to get them I'll find somewhere to download them if for no other reason than to believe that I've gotten one over on QPL.

Queen I might be the only thing of interest, but I've had the demos for about ten years, and listened to them a couple of times.  So, 'no sale' for me.

They will likely be released in the US in the same format at a later date.

As for News of the World... they'll likely include the full BBC Session... which is 4 songs if you include We Wil Rock you Fast and Slow as one track. + We Will Rock You Fast live in Houston.... if they had to include a sixth track... probably something random like We Wil Rock You by Queen + Five! lol... Because no one wants an official version of the "Feels Like" jam... that would be too much to ask.

If they release them in the U.S. in the same format, yeah sure why not? I'm esp looking forward to A Day At the Races...such a great piece of work that one is! :)

Over 11pounds?? Why so expensive?? In my country the remastered albums cost arround 6 Pounds (40 argentinan pesos) and i think is a reasonable price.

I`ve all the 70`s discography in old (but in Very good shape) LP`s except for the oldest cd versions of The Greatest Hits (When the GH II Was bought freddie still was alive) so maybe (And Only maybe) i will to buy the Queen Cd...
I`m curious about the "You Take My breath Away" bonus from Hyde Park but i will not buy all the cd for only one track.

Cheers!

Nope! No matter how many times these recordings get mixed, re-mixed, re-mixed of the former re-mixes from the original re-mix of a former mix it still doesn't change the original performances of the band. That's what matters!
