A bit of fun...

This is NOT a topic for people to air their thoughts on the merits, sound quality, content etc.. of the forthcoming remasters, but takes the starting point that you have bought all of the first 5 in March.

How will you listen to them?...

1) In order, from Queen through to ADATR, then the bonus tracks?
2) Bonus tracks first, then the albums in order?
3) Pick out your favourite tracks from each album and check those out first?

In addition, with regard to the bonus material, how will you store this on your ipod/mp3 player etc...?

1) each of the 5 track bonus CDs on its own, labelled appropriately (eg 'Sheer Heart Attack Bonus Disc etc..) ?
2) Create playlists to categorise the bonus material (eg All BBC sessions together, all live tracks together etc..) ?

The above are just the obvious suggestions and are not limitless...so please post away and see if we Queenzoners have a common approach to this!!

Well I was going to be sarcatsic and say through a decent hi-fi system - both through the speakers and my Alessandro/Grado Headphones.....

To be honest, I'll be buying Queen II as it's my favorite album and based on how that sounds I will decide whether to buy the others or not.
Queen have had my money for their albums 4 times already over the last 25 years, so these had better be damned good.
The only gurantee they'll have of getting my money again for the albums is if they remix them to surround sound...

Shall buy Queen I and then see how i go from there. Tend to listen to albums in order - so disc 1 then 2!

I'll probably listen to them in order, bonustracks included. Bonustracks will be tagged with the same album information as the rest, except for the discnumber (in iTunes). I'll probably make a playlist of all the 'bonus'-material for easy scrobbling.

I'll definitely start with Queen (their first album, that is). The version I got (I believe the 1994 remaster) suffers from low volume and lacks bass. I hope the new remasters will solve these issues. Although I must say the samples sounded really good @Amazon.
