Never seen much more than that, there's a bit of it in the EPK from Innuendo. It wasn't an interview though, just an introduction. You can find the rest of it here:

I think it was from the Innuendo EPK promo video (someone can correct if im wrong)
Brian Roger and John talk in interview but Freddie does not,

It was kind of behind the scenes of Headlong etc i cant fully remember
but i have seen it all many years ago. It would make great bonus material for a future Blu-Ray or
DVD release.

I thought it was filmed by the DoRo twins exclusively for use in the "Innuendo" (album) EPK.

I thought the "Kim Bassinger" interview was from the "Queen for an hour" interview on the radio...?

No, it's not. It was as I said from the Innuendo EPK, and the line was also used in 'Queen Talks' as a B-side for The Show Must Go On, which was made by DoRo and featured bits from Queen for an Hour mixed with other interviews (and I believe some things from the One Vision recordings as well). You may be confused because of that.

It was actually filmed as an introduction from the band to the folks at Hollywood Records for the party on the Queen Mary.
