This really is becoming boring - can't you see from your last thread that the debate fizzling out? It's been days since anyone wanted to say anything else about it! And even at that, why didn't you just post this on there?
But, since you've taken the time to try and create a small spark, I can only answer with this example, from a mate's band from years ago. Whilst they were recording their demo tracks, Scott - the lead singer (and also a guitarist), but NOT the leader - would guide the others through songs that he had written, telling them where bass, drums etc should come in AND the sort of sounds he wanted from them. GUIDE is the key word, but they could alter bits and pieces, and they would always come to agreement on what sounded best. However, on songs that the other guys wrote, THEY would guide Scott on where his guitar should come in, how his voice suited etc and they would all come to agreement.
That's how it works mate, just because you've found a few clips where Freddie is guiding the others doesn't mean that he is the LEADER, they would all have their chance of showing one another.
Haven't you heard the interviews where even Freddie states that he's not the leader? If not, I'll try posting a link later...
It ain't about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit: how much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!
