Here's the complete A Day At The Races album in mostly cover versions. The only two tracks I couldn't find as covers were the A Day At The Races Fanfare and You And I, so I used the standard Queen versions.

There is no such thing as the A Day At The Races Fanfare.

For lack of a better title, it's what I call intro piece of the album which precedes "Tie Your Mother Down." It sounds nicer than "Intro."

If you go to Aintree on Grand National Day the winner is greeted in the winners enclosure by men blowing horns of some type surely this qualifies as a day at the races fanfare.  Nitpicker.
